Don't Make me Blush
This is my favorite post by far! You have no idea how obsessed I am with this dress. I want to wear it every day. As you can see, this is an amazing evening dress, or throw a sweater over it and it's cute for going out with friends for a slightly dressier party. I love pairing the dark red Chanel lipstick with it - I love pairing dark reds/oxbloods with light pinks. It's that nice balance of tart and sweet. Wish I had some earrings on with this - would have been a nice touch, oh well, next time!
My hair:
So I have a long bob going on right now, and I have very thick hair: when I put my hair up in a pony tail it just sticks straight out like a shaving brush. For this hair style I did a high half pony tail, then took the second half of my hair and put that in a mid pony tail and fussed with it - this gave the illusion of a longer ponytail with that perfect V-shape. The curls came from pin curls (NO HEAT OR ANY PRODUCT)! I'll do a tutorial next week - I wasn't sure how this would turn out, which is why I didn't capture the process. But this was the easiest hair experiment I've ever done.
