There's no place like Terra
If you stalk me (which you should), you'd know I'm obsessed with Terra at Eataly! Myself, and a few other bloggers, Style-Wire and Boston Bubbly, we all got to view the space, taste some eats, and have fun! Terra feels like you walked out onto the Corleone's patio herb garden. It's the only place in Boston where it feels like you're dining alfresco, but you're completely covered. Also, the best spot during a summer thunderstorm. I went here on a date and it was sexy and fun, also some of the best cocktails. You need to try this one drink that has blackened salt on the rim, I'm calling it the man-tail, it's a cocktail that tastes like your dream man.
I'm currently wearing all Banana Republic, minus the accessories. I'm very petite and short waisted so it's very hard for me to find pencil skirts that fit properly (without having them tailored - aint nobody got time for that). My trick: wearing a sheath dress under my tops that act like a pencil skirt. I'm claiming this as my invention (it's been done before... but I'm just claiming it... why not?) The best part about this trick, your "skirt" never rides up! Also, if you're a messy eater like me, and you find yourself at an Italian restaurant covered in marinara sauce, remove your top, and now you're in a nice clean dress. I know, I know, I'm a fashion genius.
